Welcome to “Something Old, Something New” the Something Borrowed Blog. I am Tina Wuthnow and along with my husband David of almost 35 years we own Something Borrowed Event, Design, Coordinating and Rentals. I am a hopeless romantic and love all things wedding and events. I am also a physician assistant and have worked in family medicine, emergency medicine and now a walk-in clinic. My husband is an accountant and is very skilled with making things. He is the brains and brawn of our company and very supportive of my crazy ideas. What has started as a therapy job for me of helping friends here and there, God has blessed into a thriving business over the last 5 years.
We have ventured out of our basement and carrying all our inventory up and down stairs to a shop on main street in Newton, KS.
We now have part-time employees that help us keep our shop in tip-top shape, to coordinate weddings, and set up and tear down events.
